Vendor Management-Manages vendor relationships, acts as primary liaison officer, develops and oversees office standard operating procedures.
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way as the organization grows.
Act as a SPOC and co-ordinate all efforts related to H1B process/transfer Visa formalities.
Manage travel management related expenses, transport logistics, and security management.
Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems.
Assist on improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
Assist work towards ensuring the organizations processes remain legally compliant .
Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Review and share for approval all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
Maintain inventory ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses.
Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulations.
Create Reports, maintain MIS.
Required:
Minimum 3 years of General Administration, facilities, and operations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Team player and strong experience working in a collaborative work environment.
Understanding on the trends, market practice and local laws
Proficient with MS Office skills
Multi-task and should be able to work under stringent deadlines.
Ability to understand and work on various internal systems.
Requires a bachelors degree in area of specialty and 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
