Primary Purpose: Responsible for the development, editing, quality control, and production of curriculum thereby ensuring maintenance and augmentation of curriculum standard. Participation in all curriculum projects.
Key Accountabilities/Activities:
Primary Responsibility:
- Curating and creating the curriculum across all grades and verifying if the same is progressive
- Responsible for creating year plans and term plans as per board specifications
- Prepare instructional material for printing and develop outlines with the necessary basic detail to direct instruction.
- Develop and maintain research database that may be utilized to develop curriculum.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and systems for designing new and revised courses and program curriculum and determining textbook modifications
- Develop goals and outlines for new curriculum and curriculum updates.
- Actively pursue opportunities to continue to learn best practices in curriculum writing through research, professional development, and other learning opportunities.
- Apply research and data to improve the content, sequence, and outcomes of the teaching-learning process.
- Monitor professional research and disseminate ideas and information to others.
- Plan the necessary time, resources, and materials to support accomplishments of education goals.
- Obtain and use evaluative findings (including student achievement data to examine curriculum and instruction program effectiveness.
- Team player with positive attitude, sense of humor, energy, and dedication to collaboration.
- Curating and creating high-quality, engaging content relevant to the curriculum
- Responsible for visualizing images, creating videos and other digital media to ensure teaching concepts in a simple, contextual and engaging
- Designing assessments, learning modules and interactive quizzes

- Interface with Centers team to produce reports for external stakeholders.
- Interfacing with Project Leads.
- Interfacing with Admin, HR, Finance, Technology, for any operational requirements.

Experience:
- 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as a teacher.
Expected Competencies:
- Proven expertise in writing contents
- Considerable knowledge of current literature, trends, and developments in the field.
- Ability to develop long term goals and objectives
- Ability to write excellent English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate use of appropriate and effective techniques to encourage community and parent involvement.
- High Proficiency in Ms. Excel skills
- Ability to think outside of the box and be flexible regarding the design and development
