Roles and Responsibilities
- Contributing to positioning the metercube (Retail)store as the first choice for creative solutions of trendy furniture & home furnishings on the local market
- Applying your furniture and home furnishing knowledge to ensure upto-date room settings and other store media that exceed our visitors expectations
- Stimulating and increasing the interest for furniture & home furnishing through constantly showing new and inspiring solutions together with Visual Merchandising Manager, that motivate people to visit the metercube store frequently
- Reflecting the metercube Brand identity by creating visual impact in all commercial, sales support and co-worker areas
Desired Candidate Profile
- You have an adequate education in Interior Design or Architecture
- More than 5+ years experience in layout & store planning or exhibition planning
- Able to manage a team to implement new store designs as per brand requirements
- Creative thinking supported by commercial visual competence and a keen eye for aesthetics as per international standards
- Personal leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Communication skills and a drive to ask questions and obtain clarity around directives •
- Ability to prioritise and organise own work to make the most efficient use of available time and meet agreed deadlines
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop or similar software and in Microsoft Office
- Communicate confidently and clearly in English, spoken and written
