Momentum is in needs  .Net Developers to support Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services.
The individual selected for this role will be responsible for both development of front end and back-end
applications pertaining to the state’s Medicaid and Medicare data. The individual will also be responsible
for database architecture and writing SQL queries to fetch data.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another
business- related field
• Demonstrated experience leading teams of 3-5 developers.
• 5 + years of experience in C# .NET language and HTML5/CSS3.
• Deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008/2010, VB.NET
and/or
C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, AJAX, MVC, ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET.
• 3 + years of experience with REST APIs, SQL Queries.
• 3 + years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• 5 + years of experience working with transactional database systems. SQL Server is
preferred, but experience with other transactional database systems such as Oracle, DB2, etc.,
will be considered.
• Experience with AWS services, including RDS and code pipeline. AWS experience is
preferred, but experience with GCP, Azure, IBM Cloud, and other cloud service providers will
be considered.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
• Experience delivering software solutions using Agile methodology/s.
• Experience in conducting code reviews and supporting the work of more junior developers.
• Ability to develop code in Python.
