- 1. Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment requiring a continual balance of tactical Vs strategic alternatives.
- 2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
- 3. 7+ years of experience building .NET framework based applications with C# and SQL Server is required
- 4. 5+ years of hands on experience in ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and RESTful WebAPI.
- 5. Extensive experience with Object Oriented Programming and use of design patterns.
- 6. Extensive experience designing large scale, highly available transaction processing systems.
- 7. Proven ability to conduct code reviews, and lead design sessions
- 8. Strong analytical skills
- 9. Good experienced with, and a proponent of, Agile software development methodology
- 10. Solid understanding of SQL Programming and data architecture principles.
- 11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 12. Experience with reliable messaging middleware is a plus (MQ, Tibco, Rabbit, etc.).
- 13.experience with LINQ and/or LINQ to SQL is a requirement
