Job Summary:
TheScrum Master to guide and train our development team in Agile bestpractices.?The?role?will work?closely?with the entire development team toensure the team stays on track and help manage impediments to ensure projectsremain on track.?A successful Scrum Master will have excellent communicationand project management skills.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:?
? Use acombination of development methodologies to implement and lead a hybriddevelopment methodology.
? Documentdevelopment methodology practices.
? Train andmentor team on methodology best practices.
? Manageprojects to ensure bugs and requirements are properly documented.
? Ensureprojects are documented and available to users.
? Plan andschedule meetings with (primarily internal) clients for demo’s and testing.
? Assist teamin testing projects after publishing.
? Track projectdeliverables, schedules, and budgets.
? Preparestatus report for stakeholders.
