Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the roadmap program manager in all aspects of roadmap portfolio planning, including:
- maintaining consistency between JIRA records and roadmap planning
-Agile 1-N management of JIRA product backlog
-updating JIRA records based on POR change requests
-activities around quarterly engineering planning and publication of roadmap including JIRA updates, follow up with engineering, QA, documentation and DevOps teams on plans
-creation of reports and JIRA dashboards, maintain weekly agenda
-assist in monitoring and improving key metrics
Assist in improving processes and procedures within the team. Help streamline day-to-day operations.
Regularly communicate the program status and key issues to management and across the organization.
