• RHEL and Wintel platforms knowledge
• Cloud (Azure and AWS) and on-prem connectivity and Maintenance know-how
• Familiarity with HPC environments – expertise and prior experience will be a significant plus
• Familiarity with networks – for troubleshooting & cybersecurity compliance 
• Application troubleshooting and vendor involvement

Preferred:

• Engineering customer support related to CAE tools
• CAE tool license administration (ANSYS, MSCone, etc.)
• Knowledge of storage technologies – High Performance (Panasas, Isilon, etc.), data lifecycle management
• Working knowledge of databases for schema designs & basic administration
