JOB DETAIL

The candidate will be working on a cloud native enterprise data lake implementation in AWS specifically. This role will require hands-on, full-stack development and will influence solution’s architecture to build products as well as design enterprise-wide best practices.

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience

• Primary Skills, Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS SQS / SNS, AWS Step Functions, AWS DynamoDB

• Strong understanding of cloud native architectures in AWS including microservice architecture and containers (Kubernetes / ECS), serverless compute (Lambda), as well as event, queue, and stream-based messaging technologies (CloudWatch / SQS / SNS / Kinesis).

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript including frontend frameworks such as Angular and React are a must.

• Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL datastores a must.

• Experience with NodeJS.

• Experience with Java and Spring (Spring Boot / Tomcat) for maintaining existing platforms.

• Ability to design solutions with a lens for enterprise architecture.

• Understands industry platforms & technologies and the ability to quickly learn and apply them

• Understanding of financial markets and instruments.
