- PeopleSoft HCM production support and maintenance.
- Triage, identify, and resolve Production issues
- Support HR Team on current PeopleSoft system
- Coordinate with business and other IT teams.
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Understand the business requirements and able to provide Solutioning for Core HR,
- Compensation, inbound/outbound interfaces, Reporting and Security
- Support HR Team on current PeopleSoft system
- Identify and resolve bugs raised from Production systems
- Gather requirements from the HR team for enhancements and bolt-on modules
- Develop, test and deploy enhancements (includes documentation, migration activity via projects and scripts)
