Responsibilities

Develop Test Strategy for the QA ecosystem
Ensure appropriate test planning activities and test case design
Develop decision matrix that will guide the team to the type and level of testing required for a specific project
Outline testing process that aligns with SDLM and identifies expected inputs and outputs
Ensure the QA Team is staffed with the appropriate technical knowledge and skill sets
Ensure that automation is developed for Regression, Smoke, Sanity and Performance Testing
Develop appropriate reports that provides clear view of the status of all testing activities and key metrics
 
Experience, skills and qualifications required for the role:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Lead
Knowledge of QA Best Practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Python, SQL, Java or other programming language
Experience with test automation tools
 
Preferred test Certification:

(Certified Test Engineer (CSTE); Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA); Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST); CMSQ (Certified Manager of Software Quality); ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board)
Experience with reporting to leadership and storytelling
