JOB DETAIL

  • Develop a comprehensive separation state process model (L1 to L5), clearly identifying which processes will be manual vs automated
  • Develop high quality standard process documentation (L5) required by the Retail business to operate post-BOP separation on day 1
  • Timely share process deliverables and seek approval from the Global Process Owners
  • Create fit for purpose test plans, scenarios and scripts aligned to the process framework (under the oversight of the BOP program test lead)
  • Timely share test deliverables and seek approval from the Global Process Owners
  • Create fit for purpose training materials incl. user guides, SOPs aligned to the process framework (under the oversight of the BOP OCM lead)
  • Timely share training deliverables and seek approval from the Global Process Owners
  • Outline and execute a work plan that is comprehensive, target-focused and works within the timeframe considerations of the BOP separation program 

Deliverables (indicative)

  • BOP separation program process framework (L1 to L5)
  • Detailed process documentation (L1 to L5)
  • Test scripts and scenarios aligned to process framework
  • Process-oriented training materials aligned to process work
  • Work plan aligned to BOP separation program timelines

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience, 
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a business analyst and/or systems analyst in Retail or a similar industry with proven expertise in the business process areas in scope
  • Working experience in large corporate environments deploying global technology platforms, preferred commercial SFDC track
  • Solid problem-solving, analytical skills, business process management skills required. Change management skills a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, maintain positive relationships, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent listening skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, understand prioritization of deliverables and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • US (CST/EST) and/or GMT based preferred
