JOB DETAIL

Objective of role: Our growing company is in need of an experienced and ambitious content and program manager to oversee development, execution and delivery of digital and print content across all our channels. You will play a key role in the success of our internal and external corporate brand campaigns and programs. The Content Manager will be a solid leader, clear communicator and possess great analytical skills. You will create and continue to evolve a strong internal and external brand narrative that enhances affinity to the brand to enhance employee engagement and create space for the business.

Overview of role: You will be responsible for collating, developing, maintaining and distributing content both internally and externally by balancing and leveraging existing and new ways of communication through effective and proactive strategy, planning and execution - in line with the brand strategy and business needs.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop, evolve, plan, and execute a sound content and channel strategy
  • End-to-end content management and distribution
  • Pre- and post- production of all communication assets
  • Write and proofread, publish, and track content performance
  • Be the custodian of all communications assets and information collating, maintaining, and archiving of all communication assets with well though through structure and easy access
  • Develop and evolve standard operational processes and templates to ensure high-quality content production as well project management
  • Actively seek to repurpose content and amplify over multiple communication channels
  • Content style and quality to be appropriate and reflect the brand ethos
  • Develop a style guide for communication assets by adapting existing brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple projects and report on their progress weekly
  • Monitor, compile and analyze content periodically that help adjust our content and channel strategy on a continuous and consistent basis
  • Developing a calendar-driven approach to drive internal and external communications
  • Create and maintain program/project schedule along with other project management documentation such as stakeholder analysis, communication plan, decision log, action tracker etc.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and periodic reports including Program Status reports for Executive Leadership Team.
  • Engage with multiple departments/colleagues, in and out of office to develop story ideas
