MDM Architect

10+ years of experience as MDM/EMM Architect or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
Working knowledge of iOS and MacOS, specifically in the MDM/EMM space.
Strong knowledge, expertise, and ability to deploy applications and configurations via Apple Configurator and MDM clients (MobileIron, AirWatch, Intune, etc.).
Apple Business Manager (formerly Apple DEP).
Assigning devices, cert renewals, APNS, supervision identities.
Ability to troubleshoot application installation, network connectivity, and management issues.
Accuracy and strong attention to detail are critical components of this role. 
Monitor and Triage Help Desk ticketing systems and SLAs.
Documentation skills - creating and updating knowledge base articles.
Adhere to team best practices. Cut once, measure twice mentality.
Worked in fast-paced production environments, where attention to detail and the ability to multitask are vital.
Ability to adhere to and meet deliverables following strict service level agreements.
Working experience of technical project management.
Must demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Ability to take initiative and collaborate across teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
