Liaison with Architecture team and provide Oversight /Guidance to Technical Change Manager- D&A Quality Assurance (new contracting position at offshore, to be filled) and ensure full adherence to GxP compliance standards
D&A capabilities - Portfolio level strategy, delivery and management reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
Scrum of Scrums across product development teams like Data Quality Management, Data Ingestion etc.
Establish best practices around product management and cross pollinate these across D&A delivery leads
Interview contracting resources and assess the best fit for the role
Work with Sue and Suresh on continuous improvement plans and update demand forecasts
Conduct PI planning workshops (planning, execution and communications)
