Be front line for technical improvements across the studio
Have experience with an ITIL process based helpdesk system
Assist with the IT-related tasks for the on and off-boarding process
Be able to identify, suggest changes for the IT helpdesk process workflows based on organizational requirements
Experience with a ticketing system such as JIRA Service Desk, Autotask, Kaseya, or comparable helpdesk systems
Maintain and inventory of studio licenses and plan for renewals. Help with assessment for the next fiscal year's need of licenses based on project requirements
Assist the studio personnel with license related issues for both Microsoft and non-Microsoft products
Work the Xbox Game Studios IT and Microsoft IT on both tactical (day-to-day) and strategic (long-term) projects
Have experience with Microsoft corporate environments: AAD, AD, Directory Services, ADO, etc.
Have an extensive knowledge of client hardware for setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
Perform tests on current hardware client specs to plan for the studio's future needs
Have knowledge about basic network issues and resolutions
Have knowledge of network filesystems (SMB/SFTP) and common issues
Have knowledge of printing and common issues
Beneficial knowledge
Be able to perform network reliability tests when needed and report to the systems administrator
Troubleshoot client related issues in a Microsoft Corporate Environment and the restrictions that comes with said environment
