Looking for a Business Analyst to work with one of the leading healthcare

providers in US. The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on

PBM Medicare business The candidate must possess excellent written and

verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively

with different teams.

Responsibilities:

As a business analyst you will:

* Perform analyses, data comparisons and file updates

* Prepare formulary files and data files

* Do ad hoc analyses, prepare files for review and perform file review for

accuracy

* Work in formulary applications such as RxFlex and with Excel templates

* Participate with team members in performing testing and validations

* Prepare claims review files and guidebook

* Identifies and drives process improvements.

* Creates and maintains documentation of key team tasks.

Requirements:

* Two or more years' experience working as a business analyst

* Experience using Microsoft programs as a business analyst, with advanced

Excel skills. One year or more Excel experience and other general reporting

tools.

* One year or more direct Medicare Part D experience (Formulary experience

is a plus), Pharmacy Benefit Manager or with a Health Plan

* Strong and clear communication skillset - email and during meetings

* Highly organized and ability to function in environment with 100% accuracy

requirements, very high level of attention to detail, multiple concurrent

demands, and short turnaround times
