The requirement is to automatically route the case to GPS-CWORKER-FO, GPS-CWORKER-MO, GPS-CWORKER-BO, GPS-CWORKER-CWO Assignment Groups (AGs) based on a mapping between the

     Issue Categories (except for “Others”) and the AGs. The mapping should not be static/hard-coded and there should be a provision to change/modify/add/remove existing/new mappings.
