JOB DETAIL

The JBPM and Java (Spring Boot) Developer would need to have at least 5+ years of experience.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience developing web applications using JBPM and J2EE.

• 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot.

• Good knowledge of JBPM and Microservices.

• Experience working with tools like Git, Maven.

• Expertise developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using Microservices, with demonstrable production-scale experience.

• Working knowledge with Oracle, or MS SQL Server, MySQL.

• Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments.

• Strong agile/scrum development experience

• Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams

Other soft skills:

• Should be Proactive and can-do due diligence, plan and deliver on time with quality.

• Should be able to give answer about what you did today!

• Should be able to predict the question of client in evening scrum stand-up call.

• Should understand the blocker… should be able inform to RM, immediately and when to seek help. Note that help is not available always.

• Blocker should be tried first yourself and then find out help and inform immediately to client and RM.

• Should be ready to work as developer, in very agile and high technology delivery environment.

• Should be ready to learn the business and show integration with the team and then further could be participative in the design discussion.
