      3+ years of experience in onsite-offshore software development model with prior experience in stakeholder interaction, presentation skills

•             3+ years of Postman API or Soap UI testing experience

•             3+ years of IVR (Telephony) Testing experience – This is MUST

•             5+ years of functional testing experience

•             3+ years of experience in agile development environment utilizing scrum methodology (Experience using Kanban Board, Rally Tool is preferred)

•             3+ years of experience supporting scrum teams with sprint planning, test design, test execution, defect/root/risks cause investigation and reporting on test status

Plusses:

•             1+ year of Hammer Call Master Tool or any other automation tool experience with telephony testing

•             1+ year of experience with CI/CD framework (Jenkins or GitLab experience preferred)
