Core Solution Architects that have great comm skills and can explain the business aligned projects they have worked on. 

Technology architects are typically not a great fit for this role, core solution architecture experience more aligned to the business is better suited for this program/team. 

Must have: 

• Last 3+ years as a solutions architect working on business aligned/related project(s) 

• Designing and working with APIs 

• Proven track record of working with non-functional requirements, UML diagramming, and working closely with the business 

• Agile 

• Fortune 500 experience 

Soft skills: 

• Proactive by nature (team will not be telling them what to do every hour of every day) 

• Excellent communication skills 

• ability to engage with developers and engineers 

Nice to have: 

• Salesforce Service Cloud 

• Salesforce knowledge 

• Background as a developer is a plus 

• SAFe Agile cert of experience
