Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have    •    Experience with Power BI
•    Sound knowledge of Power BI services, automating data refresh and row level security
•    Should have ability to develop custom visuals in Power BI
•    Good knowledge of data analytics, data processing, use case based analytics
•    Sound ability to draw insights from analytics findings and tell User stories to stakeholders
•    Produce and enhance reports and dashboards
•    Provide technical input and effective data analysis
•    Efficiently handle large data set and able to process them
•    Performance monitoring, fine tuning, and optimization of dashboard
•    Should have strong SQL and data modelling skills
•    Strong data warehousing and business intelligence skills
•    Sound skills and hands on experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, SQL Data Warehouse Azure Blob, Azure Storage Explorer
•    Knowledge of Azure Data Catalog, Event Grid, Service Bus, SQL and Synapse
•    Good technical knowledge in SQL Server BI Suite (ETL, Reporting, Analytics, Dashboards) using SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
•    Should have good ETL skills like star modeling, 3NF, data analytics, and profiling   
Good-to-Have    •    Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining
•    In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
•    Familiarity with BI technologies 
•    Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
•    Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
•    Directly working with clients and business to gather reporting requirements
•    Good to have background on OBIEE, Power BI, SAC, Denodo, BI Publisher.
