AWS Experience is a must (in a DevOps environment)
Containerization, Containers (i.e. Kubernetes, Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service, EKS, Terraform, Docker, OpenShift, CloudFormation, any container) - real world experience managing containers in a production environment.
Some Scripting (Python, or Bash, or any language)
Infrastructure of Code or Configuration Management experience
Deep understanding and experience building the infrastructure system to run the CI/CD pipeline
Understanding of how code is deployed to production in current environment
