•     Designing and integrating RESTful APIs using Java (preferred) or python

•     Experience coding secure and scalable customer impacting features using Java, python, or multi-threading experience is ideal

•     Architecture and software design experience using design patterns and microservices

•     Configuration and setup experience with RDBMS and other data storage solutions (SQL database, database for PostgreSQL, and Redis)

•     Experience with designing, reading from and writing to multiple types of persistent data storage; SQL, NoSQL (Mongo DB), and file systems

•     Log-diving… should know what to log, logging levels and how to quickly traverse through log files and logging systems while troubleshooting

•     Cloud awareness on AWS stack

•     Experience in all facets of DevOps (AWS CloudWatch, CodeCommit, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy, Azure deployment slots, Azure Pipelines, Salesforce)

•     Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes

•     Good written, spoken, and visual communication skills
