1. Calling existing and potential agents to persuade them to purchase. products and services.

2. Accurately recording details of agents purchase.

3. Processing all agents purchase support online and offline.

4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with an agents to encourage repeat business.
