System planning, migration, and automation experience.

Day to Day: Complete Jira tickets and Rally stories for work completed. Creation of availability reports, dashboards and stats for outage reports and quality/performance metrics. Creation of automated scripts suites for existing and new features and services. Triage and resolve ServiceNow customer incidents. Documentation and reports as required. work on projects relating to Voice Remote back-end systems and services as well as Sky Implementations. They will provide a reliable and repeatable methodology and process for development through production for the Sky implementation.
