- 10+ years in backend development experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Framework
- 10+ years in non-Mac Linux-based development (i.e. Redhat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian)
- 5+ years in Spring Boot required
- Experience with Feign or Spring Rest Template preferred
- Deep knowledge of EIP and enterprise approaches to Persistence, Messaging, Caching
- API Integration experience with REST and SOAP required
- MySQL, MariaDB and/or Postgres experience required
- Maven and/or Gradle build & deploy experience required
- Critical problem solver who can get results fast for messy problems (doesn’t need to wait for the full set of requirements to deliver results)
- Code commenting and knowledge transfer
