 Providing L3 support for issues in Production

· Working with Business to understand the requirements and issues

· Carrying out Unit Testing of the work completed

· Troubleshooting the issues and providing a fix

· Necessary functional and technical documentation of the fix/ enhancement done

MUST HAVE Skill sets

· 5+Years of Strong Technical Experience in SailPoint IIQ - Identity and Access Management

· Sound knowledge of Java, Javascript, SQL, Unix

· Very good documentation skill

· Strong Communication and Client Management Skills

NICE TO HAVE Skill Sets

· Hands on experience in Python, CSS, HTML, JQuery, Powershell scripting

· Experience in Personalization & OA Framework

· Knowledge of Code Promotion / migration process
