·         Act as the primary point of contact during the requirements gathering phase with the stakeholders.

·         Interpret business needs of customers and translate them into the business and technical requirements with strong analytical and product management skills.

·         Clarify requirements for developers, produce artifacts such as use-cases, status reports, workflow diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.

·         Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis relating to operational functions, workflow, processes, and other business-related issues.

Knowledge/skills:

·         At least ten (10) years of progressive IT experience at a similarly complex organization and at least five (5) years of hands-on business analysis experience.

·         Strongly prefer CBAP certification.

·         Ability to conduct requirements gathering meetings and interactive sessions with large stakeholder groups; facilitate discussions; and formulate consensus.

·         Experience in authoring Statement of Work (SOW) when contracting for IT solutions, with emphasis on selecting cloud/SaaS solutions.
