Work closely with other members of the team to perform data analysis, solutions design, testing, and release management across multiple systems
Comply with Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory requirements including user access and maintenance of key records.
Assist team members in evaluating and implementing vendor tools and processes.
Ability to work with non-technical end users to interpret and document user requirements and develop functional specifications
Participate in meetings with technical groups to ensure that all design questions (e.g., application security, data feeds, etc.) are addressed through the business analysis process
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of internal client requests. This includes maintaining standard Application support documentation and supporting the production response team
Develops a “partnering” relationship with clients through continuous business education.
Serves as subject matter expert process, and/or operational proxy for end users in targeted areas of focus
