 Execute requirements gathering – functional and non-functional (high-level and detail)

• Analyze and document SCADA/DCS and other control system needs, reviews new applications, programs, and their impact on operations

• Conduct reviews of business processes and identify optimization opportunities strategies, Identify and recommend areas of improvements

• Conducting meetings with SMEs, capture current state, gap analysis from desired state, make recommendations and presentations findings

• Establish and manage Traceability Matrices to enable future monitoring if requirements have been met.

• Assist the project manager to create and execute project plans including: work breakdown structures (WBS) – Gantt charts and similar, schedules, resource plans, communication and stakeholder management plans, procurement plans, quality plans, integration plans, burn-rate plans, risk management plans, etc.

• Work with the project manager to establish and manage advisory/governance groups as needed to support successful delivery of the Work Packages.

• Use experience and judgement to identify and remove roadblocks.

• Create and deliver project documentation as required by PMO

• Create high-level roadmap supported with execution strategies, transition-to-operations plans, materials etc.
