Leads and coordinates testing for small/medium and large initiatives.
Identifies, creates, and executes the appropriate Test Assets (plans, cases, scripts, metrics) to assure the developed application conforms to requirements and design.
Coordinates/executes testing across multiple testing phases, including UAT and Regression.
Defines appropriate testing methods to employ to assure developed application conforms to requirements and design.
Leads Peer Reviews to ensure the completeness of all Test Assets created.
Ensures all applicable SDLC and testing processes are followed.
Executes linkage from requirements to test scenarios and test cases.
Coordinates, identifies, and executes test cases.
Identifies and collects Test Data for test execution. Accountable for Test Data Management, evaluation of available data in repositories
Identify , report and track defects. Retest after defects are fixed
Collects testing metrics, reports status as defined in test plan with supporting data.
Requirements
Domain : Healthcare specifically PBM
Experience in Claims processing or Claim review
Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit configuration
Identify , report and track defects. Retest after defect is fixed
Collecting testing metrics & reporting status with supporting data.
Experience working in a highly collaborative work environment/ project
Awareness on tools like JIRA, Confluence, qTest would be added advantage
Good verbal and non-verbal communication
Work experience in Major PBM landscape is most preferred
