Execute requirements gathering – functional and non-functional (high-level and detail)
Analyze and document SCADA/DCS and other control system needs, reviews new applications, programs, and their impact on operations
Conduct reviews of business processes and identify optimization opportunities strategies, Identify and recommend areas of improvements
Conducting meetings with SMEs, capture current state, gap analysis from desired state, make recommendations and presentations findings
Establish and manage Traceability Matrices to enable future monitoring if requirements have been met.
Assist the project manager to create and execute project plans including: work breakdown structures (WBS) – Gantt charts and similar, schedules, resource plans, communication and stakeholder management plans, procurement plans, quality plans, integration plans, burn-rate plans, risk management plans, etc.
Work with the project manager to establish and manage advisory/governance groups as needed to support successful delivery of the Work Packages.
Use experience and judgement to identify and remove roadblocks.
Create and deliver project documentation as required by PMO
Create high-level roadmap supported with execution strategies, transition-to-operations plans, materials etc.
