Roles and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Regional level Solution Sales for Power Quality domain (Capacitors, APFC,
Static Var Generator (SVG), Active Hormonic Filter (AHF), Hybrid power factor correction panels, power quality audit, Energy management solution along with Meters, IoT devices and Software (Web and Cloud based).

a. Manage the customers of specific region, develop new customer, data analysis, revisit
business plan and take appropriate decisions for business expansion of existing
customers.


b. Develop & implement overall B2B sales, business development, lead generation,
business expansion & growth strategies for achieving top & bottom-line targets of
assigned geography.
 

c. Interface with B2B clients (CEO, VP, Managing Director, Electrical Head, Plant Head,
HOD, Maintenance Head, Purchase Head and other Sr. level officials) at both pre-sales
and post-sales stages.
 

d. Execute Marketing plans for various territories- including Promotion plan, dealer set
up plan, various schemes to penetrate the market, setting up distributors, trainings
internal/external stakeholders.
 

e. To ensure right specifications for the existing products/new products, meeting
customer requirement/market requirement and give to marketing for development.
Proposal and tracking of certifications & product approvals as per market requirement
for product positioning & selling.


f. Ensure field trials with the help of design/Eng. Team and analyze & give feedback to
marketing/Design. Sales forecast and supply chain coordination for customer delight.


g. Participate in events like exhibitions, seminars, conferences to promote our products
and create new business opportunities.


h. Formulate long term business strategies for End users, Project house and project panel builders.


i. Assess power quality requirements, recommend conducting power quality audits and
recommending relevant power quality solutions by presentations & product demos
featuring the USP of products, Electrical data analysis to provide the optimized
solution for optimizing power quality of the plants for PF Improvement, Harmonic
Mitigation & Voltage Stabilization.



j. Promote & Sell Energy management solution along with Meters, IoT devices and
Software (Web and Cloud based) to End users/Project house/System
Integrators/Panel builders.


k. Promote & Sell Motor management solutions to End users/Project house/MCC Panel
builders
