Someone who understands how recruitment lifecycle works and who can

bring right talent for the company

Having the ability to attract Passive job seekers and leverage all job platforms to bring

resources in minimal TAT

Well-versed with all levels of Boolean keywords, Searches and Strategies to

convert passive talent to active one

Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results

Someone who believes in creating robust pipeline and works with safeguard approach

ensuring enough backups and closures on time

What are we looking for:

Strong written/verbal communications skills.

Someone who dont shy away from targets

Someone who takes pride in closing hiring in minimal TAT

Strong negotiation and query handling skills

Someone who is a Self-driven, hustler and believes in going beyond boundaries

Someone who has worked on inhouse requirements and closed maximum position self via
