Qualification (Educational): Must have a graduate degree in any discipline with good academic credentials
Skill Sets Required:
- Minimum 10 Years of experience in ME & APAC countries payroll and statutory
- Customer interfacing skills
- Should have handled a team of 10-15 members
- Hands on experience in BPO or Corporate payroll department
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client to improve quality and productivity of the operations and simultaneously, with the team to ensure staffing scales-ups, meet milestones and the SLAs are always met
- To identify process improvements and manage payroll transactions accurately
- Conduct and develop data analysis, evaluate business needs and deliver required reports on a recurring basis to provide insights against operational budget
