• Having the ability to attract Passive job seekers and leverage all job platforms to bring
resources in minimal TAT
• Well-versed with all levels of Boolean keywords, Searches and Strategies to
convert passive talent to active one
• Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results
• Someone who believes in creating robust pipeline and works with safeguard approach
ensuring enough backups and closures on time
