JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities:

Get trained on basic product specifics and explore further details with self-learning.

  1. Product commissioning on site (involves basis cabling, basic parameter settings etc).

  2. On-site product failure debugging and reporting.

  3. Coordinating with local panel builders/customer cell team/design team/ sales team etc.

  4. Maintaining/enhancing Selec Brand image in the eyes of customers through prompt service and prompt communication.

  5. Generating leads and passing on to the sales team (During service visits).

  6. Support to panel builder while building/testing ASVG panels..

  7. Working with system integrators for commissioning support.

  8. Level 2 service failure analysis with the help of quality team.

  9. Attend service calls raised in CRM and maintain field service reports in CRM.

Skills Required:

  1. Aware about Electrical safety and follow safe operation practices.

  2. Basic knowledge of electrical network.

  3. Hands-on experience in high power systems, electrical networking, Inverters etc.

  4. Technical debugging skills, black box testing skills.

  5. Willingness to travel within a given region.

  6. Communication skills for customer handling.
