? Identifying Stakeholders
? Requirements Analysis
? Gap Analysis in the Requirements
? Conduct Elicitations Meeting with All theStakeholders Involved
? Internal Mobile Architect/Dev Team Discussion
? Prepare User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
? Review Requirements with Business orStakeholders
? Obtain Final Approvals of User Stories fromthe Stakeholders
? Review User Stories with QA Team
? Support QA Team with Testing and Defect Triage
