·We are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Developer for an immediate need.

·This is a client-facing role & the candidate will regularly interact with various teams.

·Requirements: Experience in managing/implementing ServiceNow CMDB

·Business Analysis and Process Management Experience

·Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB Data Model

·Knowledge of CSDM

·Extensive knowledge of Data loading and Integration in ServiceNow CMDB Data Model.

·Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery.

·Good Communication and Documentation writing skills

·Data analysis skills

·ServiceNow System Administrator Certification - Mandatory

·ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification - Big Plus Responsibilities:

·Monitoring and maintaining the data quality in CMDB which has data populated manually and from two different discovery sources.

·Manage the Discovery configurations and troubleshoot failed discoveries.

·Share daily/weekly/monthly reports with the Infrastructure team on the Orphan Servers.

·Fulfil CMDB Support requests.

·Propose improvements on ServiceNow to improve the data quality and user experience.
