- Must have experience as Configuration Analyst or Business Analyst on QNXT upgrade projects, and specifically with the Provider module
- Strong background in gathering and documenting business requirements, configuration requirements, and business workflow analysis
- Ability to serve in a functional role while interfacing with technical teams
- Medi-Cal experience (Medi-Cal is California’s Medicaid program)
- Good communication skills
