Agile/JIRA/Confluence knowledge critical.  Without those skills, I can not take the candidate.  Communication also critica and must be able to DEMONSTRATE the abilty to effectively communicate, present, and juggle multiple priorities at one time.  AWS knowledge highly desirable.  Technical knowledge and experience highly desirable - the more, the better.  Financial knowledge highly desirable - I can waive this one if they have lots of experience
