Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions & review meetings with Business SMEs, Product Owners & end users & recommend solutions based on salesforce best practices in line with product offerings.
Impact Assessment of functional requirements through collaboration with cross functional teams.
Work closely with Architects & E2E designers in determining the technical feasibility of the proposed requirements.
Develop Process flows, Wireframes, Swim lanes & functional specification
Author Epics, User stories in JIRA, continuous grooming of product backlog, supporting them with Mock-ups by configuring Salesforce, Data Dictionary & Process flows for easy understating of the functionality.
Work closely with business leadership to respond to and proactively identify, challenges that can be solved with system / process improvements.
Skills
4-6 years of experience in Salesforce with strong understanding of Marketing Cloud, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Social Studio, Customer Journey, Interaction Studio
Good to have exposure to Sales, Service, Experience Clouds
Experience in Agile methodology
Exposure to Integration of Salesforce with third party and inhouse applications
Hands on experience on tools like JIRA, Lucid Charts, Visio, MS Office suite
Must have experience of directly working with Clients
