Job Description: 
Perform activities to support migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud platform (i.e. Data Conversions, Integrations, Extracting Business Rules from PeopleSoft Code).
Perform development and system support activities for production PeopleSoft and other Human Capital systems.
Perform all activities along the Software Development Life Cycle: functional requirements gathering, technical requirements definition, development, unit testing, testing support, and production support.
Requirements gathering techniques used at company commonly include interviewing, joint application development, prototyping and brainstorming.
Adherence to internal company coding standards and practices.
Balance quality, time and dollars to satisfy customer needs.
 
Top Skills:
5+ years of business system implementation experience
3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM implementation and development experience
Experience working actively through 2+ system implementations or 3+ years of solid experience supporting newly established systems
