- Salesforce and nCino configuration experience is required.

1 – Quality Analyst
The Quality Assurance Test Analyst skillset includes:
- Knowledge of commercial lending/servicing and/or general banking is recommended. Salesforce Testing Experience Preferred.
- Coordination between project team and all downstream in-scope applications during testing
- Resource will report to Overall Project Test Lead
- Experience in analyzing the salesforce requirement and come up with Test scenarios
- Ensure that all testing-related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures
- Creation of test strategy, test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data
- Selection or identification of test cases for automation from existing test case documentation. Automation experience preferred. "BlazeMeter" tool experience is a plus.

1 – Data Analyst
The Data Analyst skillset includes:
- Experience in of relational databases and proficiency in writing queries is highly desired (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL)
- Experience working with ETL tools. Informatica experience is a plus.
- Salesforce experience is as an admin/developer is a plus.
- Required hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with various Software Development Methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases.
