Responsibilities
• You support the SAP Technology projects and have experience managing them.
• You can support and manage projects that deal with product master data and its flow
across various integrated applications (SAP as well as non-SAP).
• You understand product data structure in Retail set up and can engage into technical
discussions with attention to detail.
• You are able to work with technical teams to determine the work break down
structure and then track closely against the same.
• You direct activities across cross-functional teams and vendors and proactively
identify and manage dependencies across them.
• You inspire, coach and mentor your teams without direct reporting authority and
maximize the value created by your project team.
• You conduct Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning,
Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews for your projects.
• You coordinate keeping all project artifacts up to date in UA business systems like
Confluence and JIRA, also responsible for creating project monitoring tools like Dashboards,
Risk logs, burn rate and Velocity reports to avoid project pitfalls.
• You oversee external vendor partners embedded within the team, including
analyzing burn rate, invoice tracking, budget management and processing contract
amendments
• You escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively with
teams to remove barriers to project execution.
• You are the liaison to teammates outside the core team, for source and destination
applications, and help them interact with your project teams, manage relationship and
escalate timely for red flags.
• You over communicate and radiate information to the product vertical teams to
ensure dependencies are clear and there’s general alignment across the teams.
• You innovate with the wider Technology Management and Operations team to
create a strategy for programs & projects to ship more effectively.
• You Ensure that the Projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and
budget
• Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• 4+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team environment with a track

• Knowledge of agile principles, scrum and project management processes.
• Acute attention to detail and exemplary communication & organization skills.
• Proficiency in software dependency management across technology stacks, for
example middleware services, web and native applications.
• Flexibility to help teams execute without perfect process or overbearing checklists.
• Coordinate with third party vendors and remote teams to clear the path for your
engineers to deliver projects on time.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or Confluence (alternatively: Rally, VersionOne,
etc.).
• Experience delivering consumer software products – either as a business analyst,
software developer or project manager.
• Experience coordinating software releases across multiple teams, including external
groups like customer support, quality assurance, and PLM teams.
