- Uses creativity to design and develop eye-catching data visualizations that tell a compelling story to the business; visualizations should be quickly actionable and enable the end users to make data-driven decisions.
- Participates in the refining and maturing the enterprise data strategy.
- Interprets business requirements and determines optimum BI solutions to meet needs
- Designs enterprise BI content, including custom reports
Production Support 10%
- Work with offshore teams with solution development and technical issues that arises.
- Respond to an agreed contact communication (e.g. telephone call, text, email, system alert) within an agreed time.
- Operate within BI’s SLA policies and protocols when on-call or called to BI work.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Relevant work experience as typically acquired in 8-10 years, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio
- Working knowledge of one or more business functional areas
