Roles & Responsibilities:

• To prepare Blueprint document & Fit-Gap analysis and conduct User Training
• Prepare functional specifications to address process gaps
• To configure application, analyze and upload the data
• Perform System Testing and maintain Process/Test documents
• Interact with customers /Stakeholders at Customer site to understand any challenges
• Collaborate with technical team to provide simulation and track resolution of issues
• Monitor issues through Ticket tracking system and ensure ticket closure within SLA
