Roles and Responsibilities
- Delegate project tasks based on junior/midlevel/senior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Leading personnel management, including recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- Total IT experience 10 years
- 5 years experience in project/Delivery management
- Experience with process improvement and inventory control
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Should have worked with small companies (200 to 500 employees)
- Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
- Exceptional customer-interaction skills
- In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
- Expertise in people management and leadership
- Strong organizational skills
- Capacity to train and guide junior team members
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills
- Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
