Must Have Skills:
6+ years of experience in EndtoEnd Contact Center and should have strong 
6+ experience in Genesys Cloud
Must have experience in Genesys cloud IVR developmentEnhancementsEnd to EndTesting and Implementation Must have experience in Genesys Cloud IVR Development with API integrations with Backend systems

Qualifications Basic
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
· 6+ years of IT Experience in Contact Center.

Preferred
· Must have experience in Requirements Gathering/Consulting for Genesys Cloud IVR, WFM ,Reporting · Experience in Saleforce/Service now integrations with Genesys Cloud · Experience in Genesys Cloud Chatbot, Chat, SMS development · Ability to design complex speech based IVR call flows with multiple backend integrations · Having GDF/GCAI experience with Genesys Cloud/Salesforce integration is a plus.
· Experience in JIRA and Devops tools
· Awareness/Experience in micro-services development is a plus
